The Beat the Doc Challenge is an 8-week, structured weight loss challenge designed to prove that sustainable results don't require extreme diets, injections, or gimmicks. This challenge focuses on:

Results are scored by percentage of weight loss, keeping the challenge fair for everyone—whether you have a little or a lot to lose.
Everyone who completes the challenge wins something, with additional prizes for top performers.
This challenge exists to create real accountability—including for the doctor. Participants aren't competing against each other alone; they're also competing against the Doc's own progress. If you beat the Doc's percentage of weight loss, you win—and everyone who finishes still wins. The goal isn't perfection. The goal is progress, structure, and results.
